BizGuru AI may allow you to create an optional Business Profile containing information such as your business name, industry, business stage, market, target customer, goals, and business description.

The purpose of the Business Profile is to provide more relevant AI responses.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and that you have permission to provide it.

BizGuru may use relevant Business Profile information as context when generating responses.

9. Third-Party Services

BizGuru AI may rely on third-party infrastructure and services, including hosting, database, authentication, and AI providers.

These providers may process information as necessary to provide their respective services.

Your use of BizGuru may therefore also be subject to applicable third-party terms and policies.

BizGuru does not guarantee the availability, performance, security, or uninterrupted operation of third-party services that are outside our direct control.

10. Intellectual Property

The BizGuru AI Service, including its software, interface, branding, design, graphics, text, logos, and underlying technology, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not:
